By hiring Mayank Webichi ("Agency", "We", "Us") or making any advance or project payment, you ("Client", "You") acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms govern all website development, social media management, SEO consulting, and digital advisory projects.
We do NOT and CANNOT guarantee that any marketing campaign or post will go viral.
Social media platforms (including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Google) utilize proprietary, constantly changing algorithms, audience behavior signals, and external market variables that are entirely beyond any agency's control.
We commit to applying our highest technical and creative standards — including 3-second retention hooks, dynamic pacing, kinetic typography, trending audio research, and high-CTR thumbnails. However, organic social performance, impression counts, and algorithmic distribution cannot be guaranteed by anyone in the industry, and no service fee is contingent on virality.
We do NOT work for free if a desired business result or viral metric does not materialize.
Mayank Webichi charges for skilled engineering, professional design, technical search engine optimization, strategy consultations, and dedicated labor hours. Once deliverables (e.g. website code, strategy roadmap, or published social media assets) have been produced and delivered according to agreed specifications, our service obligation has been fulfilled.
We will do our absolute best and put in 100% dedicated effort to help you succeed. However, if external market luck, niche saturation, product-market mismatch, seasonal downturns, or customer purchasing decisions result in lower-than-hoped-for sales, our fees remain fully due and non-refundable. Labor and specialized digital production are non-recoverable assets.
While we implement best-in-class on-page SEO, technical Google Core Web Vitals optimization (targeting 95+ PageSpeed), local business schema injection, and high-intent keyword targeting, no agency can guarantee a permanent #1 ranking on Google.
Google evaluates hundreds of algorithmic ranking signals, competitor investments, user location, and periodic Core Algorithm Updates. We guarantee complete, error-free technical implementation and thorough monthly optimization, but ranking timelines and rank positions are subject to Google's indexing discretion.
Our ₹7,000 Business Website, ₹12,000 Growth Website, and ₹20,000 Premium E-Commerce Website packages include 1 full year of standard domain registration (.com or .in) and fast cloud hosting at no additional charge.
Project timelines and effectiveness heavily depend on Client collaboration:
For development and digital services packages, a milestone deposit (typically 50%) is required prior to project kickoff, with the balance due upon staging review prior to final DNS migration or master file export.
Monthly retainers (Social Media, SEO, Agency Dominance) are billed in advance on a 30-day billing cycle. Retainers may be cancelled with 7 days written notice prior to the next billing date. Work executed during the active billing period is non-refundable.
